Live Tragic Demise of Agriculture Expert Dr. Ani S Das

Dr. Ani S Das, a 59-year-old agriculture expert and the Director of Planning at the Kerala Agricultural University, tragically passed away after collapsing during a live program telecast on Doordarshan. The incident occurred during the channel’s Krishi Darshan program at around 6:30 pm.

 

Dr. Das, who occasionally appeared on the government-run channel, was participating in a live discussion when he collapsed. Despite being rushed to the Medical College Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, he could not be saved.
