    On November 3, 2023, Noida Police took action by filing an FIR against Elvish and five accomplices for allegedly being in possession of nine dangerous snakes, such as cobras. These snakes, along with snake venom, were reportedly utilized at unlawful rave gatherings. The investigation was launched following a report from BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO, which alleged that Elvish was filming videos with snakes and organizing unauthorized events involving snake venom and narcotics. Subsequently, an undercover mission resulted in the apprehension of five suspects who implicated Elvish Yadav as the brains behind the operation.
    On March 8, 2024, a video surfaced showing Yadav and his group attacking, abusing, and threatening fellow content creator Sagar Thakur (MaxTern) at a clothing store in Gurgaon. Reports from India Today state that an FIR has been filed against Yadav. The incident reportedly stemmed from a social media feud, where Thakur criticized Yadav for associating with comedian Munawar Faruqui. However, Yadav claimed to The Indian Express that Thakur threatened his family, and the altercation was a spur-of-the-moment event. He also alleged that Thakur had strategically placed cameras to capture the incident.
    On March 17, 2024, Elvish Yadav was arrested in connection with allegations of using snake venom as a recreational drug and arranging snakes at rave parties he hosted in the National Capital Territory region.
