Punjab National Bank (PNB) is all set to conduct a mega e-auction on August 3, 2023, presenting a golden opportunity for property seekers to bid and win their dream properties at attractive prices. The auction will include a diverse range of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial, making it an enticing prospect for buyers looking to acquire real estate at lower costs compared to the existing market rates.

This auction will feature an extensive collection of properties, with 952 residential properties, 361 commercial properties, and 83 industrial properties up for grabs within the next seven days. In total, PNB plans to auction a staggering 2662 residential properties, 673 commercial properties, and 235 industrial properties over the next 30 days through its convenient e-auction platform. To ensure transparency and accessibility, these properties will be showcased on the Indian Banks Auctions Mortgaged Properties Information (IBAPI) portal—an initiative introduced by the Indian Banks Association (IBA) under the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance. This collaborative platform serves as a unified space for various banks, primarily Public Sector Banks, to present comprehensive details of mortgaged properties to be auctioned online.

To participate in this mega e-auction, interested individuals need to register on the e-Auction Platform using their mobile number and email ID. The registration process includes completing the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, such as providing their PAN Card or Form 16, along with a valid address proof, such as a Voter Identity card or Driving License. Once these formalities are fulfilled, bidders can proceed with the online/offline transfer of funds using NEFT/Transfer. With these straightforward steps completed, registered bidders can confidently participate in the e-auction and bid on their preferred properties with ease.

If you have been yearning to own your dream property, don’t miss this exclusive chance presented by PNB’s mega e-auction. Head to PNB’s official website or the IBA’s IBAPI portal for more details and get ready to seize the opportunity to bid on your dream property at favorable prices. Make your aspirations of becoming a property owner a reality—start bidding today!
